We are a residential real estate firm that i very established, and we are now looking to create s higher end/luxury division

Our currently logo is very bright and colorful (attaching in files). I am thinking that probably a muted version of one of those colors will make this one seem on brand for our luxury division. I think the pink is sort of a signature color, but its hard to have luxury and pink together. I was thinking a muted navy/dark gray or something that seems sophisticated but a pop of the pink might keep it all together.

I am attaching the logos we already use in some variation for Story House Real Estate. Story House Real Estate Signature Series is our luxury division of an already-existing and recognized brand. I would love to have 1-2 elements remain consistent (a color, font, peacock look, peacock feather) and then the other elements be a bit different to add sophistication to it. We are targeting higher end homes so this will need to be on brochures etc with million dollar properties- needs to be simple, clean, concise, but still interesting. Also needs to be something we could easily convert to just one color and could emboss on things. Also, I know that I really like things that are balanced so symmetrical/could be a square or circle, vs a long rectangle.

Screen Shot - I attached an idea I had come up with to get a quill/signature set up tied to the signature series- was trying to find a way to incorporate the quill somehow. Not sure that one looks sophisticated enough to me.
