I like this and the propeller logo better than the helm/wheel logos.

I like the propeller and the waves. I'm not sure how the color gradient on the propeller blades will look on a large decal on the side of the boat. Is it possible to do a two color shadowing effect?

I like the helm wheel and the SMTA initials but think this logo is too "busy" overall. Perhaps try writing the Storch Marine Towing & Assistance in a different way.
