I guess the girl I had in mind would be a little more like those in the gil elvren fashion. "Stitchin post" does not need to be included as I will be using this girl on a line of attitude t-shirts for women.

Wonderful to see your contest here - it looks like a fun one! If I understand your brief correctly you are looking for a highly illustrated designr. Your idea is quite engaging... but I do think that you'll have a tough time luring many of the illustrators here on LT. Detailed and human illustrations take a great deal of time - even for the most talented - you might want to consider a prize more reflective of the level of work you need. Perhaps it would help you to contact a few designers whose talent best represents what you are after and ask what prize value they look for to participate.

I mean no ill - I hope only to explain why your contest might not be getting the activity you are looking for.
