#1 - need a real estate indicator ex. Sold, houses etc

# 26 - I like this idea using initials SL in the logo.
# 19 - Like the color but would like to see a different logo maybe something bigger or skyline

Just an idea - I've looked at some of the past winners and one that stands out is the charlotte house hunter group, I like the skyline but with not as much color.
