The concept is interesting. The font seems lost with the size of the image to it's left. Also, that image (shadowed) will be difficult to recreate in stich work. As mentioned to others, if you are going to spell the name out, the "Inc." at the end is important.
I also see a great deal of the same colors being used by everyone. Don't be afraid to be different and work with some other colors if you think it will help.
I like the basic stamp, but the thing that looses me is either the font or the use of lower case letters. Not a fan of the quotation marks around the slogan.
The lited look does not work with such a semetrical design (#48 & #49) in my opinion.
I do like the vertical versions in #50 & #53, also #51 & #55. #39 is also very nice.
I would really like to see the one's I like with Stepco in all caps and loosing the slogan. It might be a little cleaner. Also, I would use a darker blue.
I think everything below STEPCO should only have the first letter capitolized with a comma after the word Agency, and Inc. included. Like this: STEPCO Insurance Agency, Inc.
I think the reason this one does not appeal to me is that it looks unbalanced. That is the only word that comes to mind to describe what I sense about it. However, I do like the what it looks with the Caps mixed with the lower case letters. As I look at it, I also think the font is a bit bland.
