Not bad, but the multiple squigles that appear to be S's are too busy. It actually takes away from the logo for me. The font and style are not bad and it flows ok. For me, it looks like something anyone could have made that from a $25 logo templete program.

Entry #1 has not a nice font for STEPCO, but looses me with the font used below it. The squigley lines above it make me want to tilt my head and distract your eye from the name of the Company. It is an ok first try.
