we manage mostly 10 unit buildings (ie- multifamily). Our nitche is operating between amatuer Landlords (who may own only a couple of apts and try to repair things on weekends) and lage complexes (who have professional repairs and amenities, but are very impersonal and have expensive rents). We have 3 people in the office (so it can be personal) and 4 maintenance / repair people out on the properties making repairs. We feel large buildings (sky scrapers for example) do not reflect our image or apt building structures.

Roof lines of multifamily buildings do reflect who we are sturcturally, but we do not beleive these roof lines are memorable or assist the customer in remembering the name "step up". After "step up, we would like the customer's attention to be drawn to the wlcoming feel of the logo while helping them to remember the name.

237, please eliminate the green line under the house, erase the green line completely. Then have the word "UP" grow by 50%.
