Here are some of my concepts. I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.
The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed.
It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say. I look forward to your comments or thoughts.
Hi Angus! Entry 122 looks great! I'd like to have a different font for my name. Any other options for showing the inverse effect on the star? Thanks in advance and have a nice day, Werner
My favourite so far is 220. I would like to see a different font for my name if possible, no line below it. Thanks in advance and have a nice day, Werner
Hi Angus! I am very sorry to bother you again, but I am really struggling ! I like the Star from your entry 246 most! Here's my problem: Training & Consulting is what I am doing and it comes actually a bit short in the logo. Is there a chance to place STAR under the star symbol of Entry 246 and have Training & Consulting more prominent? Thanks for you patience and looking forward to hearing again from you! Cheers and all the best, Werner
That's ok you're not bothering me at all! At the end of the day the logo needs to be perfect and you have to be 150% happy, so we shall do changes until it's right :)
I'm just at my mother in laws this evening, but first thing in the morning I shall work up a few options for you!
Hope you had a good rest of your weekend, and hopefully saw my previous message?
And here are a number of potential options; #271, #272, #273, #274, #275 and #276
I've experimented with different positioning and also using a font that isn't as wide and more condensed, to try and keep logo from going to long. My personal favourite is probably #274 - its clean and visible, you can see all the different words clearly whilst giving emphasis on "training & consulting"
Good morning Angus! You really must have got up early today ;o) ! Thanks for your new proposals! I like entry 274 very much!! Just a little bit of fine tuning: could you make STAR and my name a little bigger (and may be Training & Consulting slightly smaller?) Cheers and have a nice day, Werner
Hi Angus! Entry 277 is great! Last 2 question form my end: a) Any ideas or suggestions from you about alternative colours to red? b) whats' the font you were using? Cheers, Werner
Well the nice thing is that with grey, we could use a lot of colours as highlight colours, so for instance; orange (#278), ice blue (#279), teal (#280), lime (#281) or green (#282). With regards to the font, its called Bank Gothic.
