Neat idea and love the idea of the words as roots but people will naturally read from left to right and it may take them a bit to figure out to read down.

I'll be trying to come up with something interesting. This is is actually quite unique, and idea based on words used as actual roots of the tree above.

Getting closer but looking for a more artistic tree and the words to be incorporated into it.

We are looking for a design that incorporate the "roots" concept with the words "Responsibility, Ownership, Opportunity, Teamwork and Solutions" as part of the logo. We're looking for an artistic representation of these words in the form of a tree or other icon. Thank you for your submission and time.
