Yeah, this is a tough one, especially if you want to reproduce it in smaller size and almost impossible to embroider.

We are looking for a design that incorporate the "roots" concept with the words "Responsibility, Ownership, Opportunity, Teamwork and Solutions" as part of the logo. We're looking for an artistic representation of these words in the form of a tree or other icon. Thank you for your submission and time!
