Concept as follows:
1. A 3D technical structure as well as organic (bee-hive)
2. Standout is company of individuals and together they contribute to make the client project 'standout'
Many projects in the hive - one is currently green = standing out = your (the client's) project.
3. A sleek and technical font - not too thin and not too heavy.

Image can be placed anywhere and all colours can of course be altered.
