What We Do

We sell sports equipment (volleyball, basketball, football, track, soccer, tennis, etc.) to schools, individuals, and institutions via an online, e-commerce website.

Top Three Things to Communicate

#1 - a sense of motion - the excitement and dynamism of sport
#2 - sleek, cool design - we are online and at the forefront of sports equipment
#3 - quality - while the equipment is affordable, the quality and design appeal is not "cheap"

Our Target Audience:

Our primary markets are schools (K-12, High School, College) and pro/semi-pro sports teams, though equipment for individuals with residential packages are available and we also sell to churches, gyms, recreation centers, etc.

Our primary target customers are athletic directors, coaches, and facilities managers at all levels of school or professional sport.

We serve almost all major sports - basketball, baseball, volleyball, football, soccer, track and field, tennis, lacrosse, field hockey, wrestling, and badminton.

This collection of equipment ranges from basketball goals, lockers, and portable bleachers to volleyball nets, field goal posts, and training and coaching equipment.

Demographics:
- Predominantly male, ages 25 - 60, working in elementary, high school, college, and professional sports institutions across the United States as coaches, athletic directors, facilities managers, trainers, and principles.

Psychographics: these customers are looking for convenient access (quick online ordering of stock products) to quality equipment that will help their teams train better without having to go through the time consuming, expensive process of working through the custom ordering and project management process with a sales representative from a manufacturer.

Values: breadth and quality of equipment offering. They also like to keep the equipment looking updated and sleek since that is both a morale booster and a recruiting tool.

Color Preferences

Colors: Gold, Red, Orange (not necessarily all together, but those colors describe the vibe we want)

Possibly: Black, Purple, or White accents

We want to convey a sense of motion, excitement, dynamism, energy, and victory. It's our equipment that enables athletes to train harder and better so they can bring out the best within themselves, reach their highest potential, and become champions. We enable, empower, and equip them to be the best.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

Interested in:

- various font styles (sleek, dynamic, energized, possibly lightning?) - I have attached a sample image with one possible style of font
- various uses of the name "SportBiz" such as split and offset placement (for example, "Sport" in the upper left with image in the middle and "Biz" on lower right)
- Possibly melding/incorporation of words into a relevant images or vice versa.
