Another idea as an option. I did a couple of different fonts, and changed the size of the children. If you would like to see any part of one used with another, or anything at all, please let me know.
Wow, these are really great! we wre thinking about maybe doing four of the continents with the ball designs, then the other continents green..................i think if the girl was light pink and the boy was i lighter blue it would gook great.................we like the positioning of the children in #10 and 11...... also maybe some different options with "sport the youth" on its own, and "worldwide" isolated by itself................ just some thoughts.................
Thank you very much for the feedback, This was a variation I was working on and I added the pink to the girl, changed the text and added " (worldwide)". I'll be working on the ideas you mentioned about the continents this morning.
Thank you very much. I thought I'd try a more formal font in regards to making it more corporate friendly. It changes the look of it. I'll see what else I can come up with, as well.
Thanks Tim! Also, What if we did some variations with just one ball circling the globe, but split the ball into the four sports? I dunno, im just brainstorming ideas! Thanks!!!!
These latest two are a variation on the balls circling the globe. The first was them moved to a single row, and the next with them grouped together. In regards to a single ball split into 4 quarters, because another designer used that concept no one else is permitted to do so in the contest. I will certainly keep thinking of other variations , and if you'd like to see other fonts, colors or any other ideas please don't hesitate to let me know.
This one is a bit of a cross between #9 and #22. I used the globe from #9 with the balls in it to make a single ball, and have it circling the globe from #22..
in entry numbers 29 and 30, what if we just did 2 balls on right and two balls on left, and maybe showed the part of the world that includes north america, south america, africa, and europe?
WOW! Yeah i really like these hand drawn ones!!!!!! I wonder if there is another way to incorpate all those balls without just putting them on the side............any ideas????
I can redo some of my other ones in the same style and see how those look for you. For example, #22, #45 and so on. I'll try to think of some new ones as well. I'll work on those this afternoon.
could you do the #52 font and vintage look, with the black outline of the countries in #53, and the setup of #26................. including the arches around the world. Move the continents just a touch closer together together, to see more of the surface area of the continent...........Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These are the workups of the last request to: - do the #52 font and vintage look - the black outline of the countries in #53 - the setup of #26 including the arches around the world - the continents just a touch closer together together
I did a few variations for you to see.
#55 - The first try #56 - thicker arches and brighter colors in the globe #57 - green arches and the vintage look removed #58 - the vintage look added back in
If I misunderstood something, please let me know and I'll make the changes.
Thank you very much! I'm glad you like it. It's been fun working through the ideas and trying to get closer.
Here's #58 with " (worldwide) " the same green as the arches. If you want to see any other colors, or anything at all, please don't hesitate to let me know.
We think #61 could be a winner! but we'd like to see a few more minor variations of it, use your imagination! Also, could you make africa the soccer ball, and europe the basketball? and maybe make the baseball stitching a bit more noticeable?
This is #61 with the variations you mentioned, the soccer ball and basketball switched and the stitching on the baseball more noticeable. I'll see what else I can come up with as well.
These ones are some variations on the lettering, as some other options. If you like one font and another's position, or anything at all, just let me know and I can make the changes.
i know that africa is small considering the soccer ball, but any way to get more of the black and white combination in there????? all the fonts look great, we will review today...................... can you do a couple with two grips on the baseball????
Thanks very much for the feedback. I understand what you mean about getting more black and white of the soccer ball into Africa. I don't think that will be any trouble. Same with showing both stitches in the baseball. I'll work those up later this afternoon.
WE love what #75 looks like, Can we include the font style of #64. Also can we add the vintage feel over the new areas, like the black portions of the soccer ball!
No trouble at all. I'm sorry that I missed expanding the vintage look to the new area, I should have thought to do that. I am running some errands this afternoon abd will have that done this evening.
Tim really love how the logo has come along you're doing great work. Can you do one with the girls hands up too just want to see what that looks like. Thanks
Tim, #80 is an amazing design. You have truly put so much into this and it shows! We hope that Sport the Youth's work will properly represent the amazing graphic you have created for our logo. Love the girls hands up!
I can't promise this is the final request, but I think it will be: can you change the girls hair to: two braids coming out from the upper sides of her head, like this photo, but just 2 braids total, not four like this shows: http://www.clipartof.com/details/clipart/61712.html
THANK YOU!!! -and much love! -Erin (not josh or leo!)
Thank you, very much :-) It's been a lot of fun working on these. This one is the requested change with two ponytails added. The ribbons are light orange and the braids are the same pink with the drawn black outline used throughout the design to tie it all together.
Tim, I'm wondering how we got away from the vintage look on any of the balls............ do you think it looks better with it only done on everything except the sports balls?
I think I got away from it between #72 and #77, where I was making changes to how the soccer ball looked. I added it back in for all the variations on #75 which were #78 through #81, though I notice it doesn't look as pronounced because the soccer ball is a little lighter and there aren't as many marks over the biggest black spot on the ball.
I just redid 80 and 81 with a more defined vintage look, especially on the soccer ball, so you can see it better.
#84 is an update to #80 with a more defined vintage look over the balls, particularly the soccer ball. #86 is the update to #81.
As far as which one looks better, I think I like the vintage look on the balls, too. I'm sorry for any confusion I caused.
#88 is another update to #81 with even more of the vintage look.
If there are any of the others, that you would like to see with a more vintage look please just let me know. I only re-did #80 (see #84) and 81(see #86 and #88) as it looked like 80 was very close and 81 was the addition of the ponytails to it. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you want any tweaked more. I want to be sure I get one perfect.
