Spokane's Red DoorLogo Design Contest

I really like this! I need to take the name Spokane out though and go with :Red Door Real Estate" Love the heart!

Can we take #32 and change it just a bit? If the words RedDoor were in black and the word Real Estate were in Red. Also put the door and the heart into one of the o's for the word Door?
Logo: Passion Properties People. Possibly with periods after each word or a slash between them? or?

Can you use the door from #18. I like the movement and openness. And please don't be sorry! I'm really liking your ideas. With the first idea. (Spokanes Red Door) Your's was my favorite by far.
