I like them both. I ranked #118 higher, but for no particular reason. I like the red, even though that's not in our current color scheme. Could you also try one like #117, but with yellow/gold in place of the red? Also, I think I might like the design better if the top of the spire stuck out of the top circle. But I like the unique perspective, and that simple change of breaking the spire out of the circle could improve the ranking quite a bit.
I'd love to see more variations -- my top 7 or 8 are all very close right now.
