very cool baiskee. this is my favorite so far in a lot of ways, even though it doesn't quite fit the tower spire I'm envisioning. However, I like the mark you created anyway. The lettering for "spire" is very cool, but I fear it might be too trendy, which might make it look dated in a few years. I want the look of something that is timeless, stable, and not the latest trend. This is still really good work. Please keep it coming!
I like this new spire in #52 -- this is probably my favorite spire illustration so far, AND you've balanced the logo similar to how I envisioned it working. Many other designers are struggling to make it look balanced when the spire is on the left. The font is better, but still too trendy... Less techy, more traditional.
you're in the running with #116 (and #115). Not sure if I like the "S" and the way it looks cut off on the bottom portion... maybe I'm being a stick in the mud. What did you have in mind with that?
New observation... Looking through the top 10 or so in my rankings, there are 2 perspectives... on some like (# ) you are looking up at the Spire. On others (like yours and several others) you are looking down at the spire. I like both for different reasons. But one thing I'm starting to notice is that the spires you look up at create upward pointing arrows in the lines of the building, where ones like yours create downward pointing arrows. This alone may cause me to pick one with the opposite perspective. But I REALLY like the style of your designs. Could you take a shot at one very similar to #116, but with the opposite perspective?
you and 2 others are finalists, and it's very close. Plz check your private message for 2 tweaks I'd like to see if you have time. I just extended the contest 2 days to make it easy for you to upload the changes. Thanks!
If colors were not suggested, here's my version - Blue and Orange #391, Gray and Orange #392
Color blue connotes expertise, credibility, stability, dependability to name a few while color orange is energy, balance, enthusiasm, creativity, expansiveness and Gray - security, reliability, professional, sophisticated.
and here are the single color renditions #393, #394 - negative.
WOW. #394 is the first time my jaw dropped in this contest. It makes me want to order black t-shirts with your logo design on it in black. I think this might be my logo, but I'm going to let this run its course through tomorrow to be sure. I'm awaiting feedback from some other folks first. Good work.
baiskee, you are going to win the contest! I have #165 in first, but would like to see you tweak the "S" to be a variation between #165 and #164. Please see details in your private message box. I also have one other small tweak and a question before we wrap this up.
