Our Ideas & Additional Information
Emphasizing the "Spine Chiropractic" portion and not the "Rehabilitation and Wellness"

I think this looks cool, its very simple: http://goo.gl/L5ycD

A stylized representation of a spine may also work: http://goo.gl/eDcG4
http://goo.gl/q8VCS
http://goo.gl/96uRd
http://goo.gl/1rrRx

I like the idea of incorporation 3 dots that stand out and then perhaps smaller dots to represent the rest of the spine.

Images of people with spines in them may work, but they will have to be something special, a lot of people have logos like that.

I'm attaching a picture of my office location (which will be painted in whites and grays, not that ugly brown) A stylized image of a house that people will think, "ohh, his logo looks like his office a little bit." would be awesome

Some logos off logotournament that I like are:
http://goo.gl/AiJKL - the winner here, i like the combo dots and wavey line.
http://goo.gl/hlgT2 - the winner here, I really like the simplicity, I like how "chiropractic & rehab" look encircled below
http://goo.gl/FSiIS - #94 I like colours, and font, #28 I like the square corners and smooth line, #60 I like the colours and the tiny bit of teal
http://goo.gl/sFKIz - the three separate boxes are a good thought

A final option that I haven't seen done before and would really like to see, is something the shows hands on the body or spine that evokes care, comfort, and healing.

I am not at all interested in comic sans ms type fonts.

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ After your contest closes it will enter Judging phase. You can re-rank designs in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions

Designers,

Thank you all for your quick submissions, I'm already impressed and looking forward to seeing more. I'll be giving individual feedback shortly.

I would like to invite you all, and any future submissions to use more colour. I find myself liking the way you all have used colours so far. In addition to the blue many have used, I would like to see other colours, perhaps greens or reds.

Thank you all for your work so far!

Designers,

I wake up and first thing I do is check for new logos! Thank you all for you submissions and quickness in revisions. This has been a great experience so far.

I find myself not liking "Better Faster" in any of the logos that I've seen. I'm going to suggest that you not use it further unless you have an idea you know is a winner!

Many of my top picks so far have featured spines or stylized dot/circle spines, I would like to see some other themes attempted as well. The town I practice in (Chico) has many trees and creeks, I would like to see submissions featuring something like that.

I would also really like to see a spine base growing up into a tree.

Excited for tomorrow's submissions!

Thank you all!

Hello Designers,

I've seen a couple of tree designs, but I wanted to be more specific as to the style I'd like to see.
More like this: http://goo.gl/BmDr7 I particularly like the roots.
Less like this: http://goo.gl/Ft34s

Trees in particular are oak. Pine trees don't work.
I also would really like to see roots with or representing the sacrum (bottom bone of spine)

Or a bonsai tree silhouette might look good.

I apologize for not being more specific earlier, many of the tree designs so far have been excellent, just the wrong kind tree!

Good luck, and thank you for your continued efforts!

Designers,

I've been getting many bright blues, greens, reds and oranges. I find myself wanting more "depth" to these logos.

I would like to request examples using more rich, royal, or serious colours.

Thank you!

Hello Designers,

Stronger and stronger logos coming in as we draw near the end! Thank you for your attempts so far.

This process has helped me identify two things I want from this logo: first that people remember the name, second that they recognize the image as unique and tied to the name.

In looking at other designs the formatting that does this the best are the ones with "Spine" or "SPINE" on top, standing out strongly, and below Chiropractic, then below that "Wellness and Rehabilitation" With the logo/image off to the left.

#116 and #10 are good examples of what I mean for general format.

Designers,

The final choice is going to be a hard one! Many great submissions, thank you all for your hard work.

Those of you in the top 10 or so, please submit examples of your logos in black and white. Both a black on white bg and a white on black bg. I want to see which will work best if I chose black or white thread to put the logo on a polo/t-shirt.

Thank you!
