What We Do
Target audience – Local, Family Friendly, quick service restaurant focused on top quality ingredients
Free range chicken is our headlining ingredient throughout the menu – menu items ranging from classic Fried chicken and waffles to hand breaded chicken tenders to chicken salad.
Perhaps incorporate the St. Louis Arch as part of the mark to show our local/ originating heritage...

Another note: The use of pepper images as the spice may be too much as it is not necessarily a hot spice.

The reference to the St. Louis Arch is mostly for the visual/design direction and not the wording. It is to show that as a restaurant, this is a "St. Louis Original"!
