Unger squeegee. I like the font / style of "spectrum" used.

#2 - thank you for submitting. The sparkles are a nice touch.
Logo is energetic and looks clean. I am interested in an icon type logo
without lettering in it. One that, by image only, says, "This is a GREAT window cleaning company you can trust." The company name can be below, or not there at all. What can be done to add more color - vibrant-
like orange.... Thanks again.

There are some good looking designs.
I really like the concise icon feel of #1, and the energetic feel of #2.
Would like more designs that have an icon/ image that can stand alone (like #1) and company
name separate so I can use them together or separate as needed.
I really like the "clean sparkle" and motion in #2.

Nice adjustment from #2 to #10, Razor Split. I like the image and the text separate.
I prefer the font you used in #2.

Also, Brendan, # 7,8 & 9. Nice adaptation to the high rise window cleaner.
I like the clean look of # 8 best, however, we won't be focusing on the high rise aspect.
So this doesn't work for me.

I really like the submissions.
I am looking for some more energetic, yet concise logos.
If you have googled window cleaners and looked at any other logos, let's face it, they are boring.
I would love to have something colorful and energetic and original for a rather boring industry.

gerasidi, thanks for your feedback. I have re-ranked entries and will
be clear as to what we are looking for and relate that to the entires so far:

we are looking for a clear image - pictoral mark - that can stand alone
and be used with the company name. A squeegee stroke from left to right that has fluid motion and energy.
Colors that say "quality, professional, energetic"

entry #1 What Works: has the overall concept. very concise image separate from company name. Nice font / color
What doesn't work: image is static and blocky. needs motion.

entry #2 What works: great motion and energy in the swish. Sparkles are a NICE touch.
What doesn't work: lettering in the image.

entry # 17 What works: nice color. looks clean. Good image above name. Great font and color.
What doesn't work: Need slight space between image and name. drop the slogan.

entry #22 What works: clear concise image. separate from name.
What doesn't work: Use color rather than black. Image is blocky, not fluid.

Thanks for the submissions, everyone. You have some great talent. I value your input.
Please ask any questions. There are less than 3 days to go. Combine the best elements of #1, #2, #17
and let's see what you can do.

From a production standpoint – for embroidery and screenprinting – any of these will need to be drastically, drastically simplified unless you're willing to spend a lot of money on set up. It would be interesting to limit the contest to one or two (flat) colors. The challenge then becomes: can you still communicate window cleaning without gradients, transparency or effects?

What looks good on-screen may not translate to print or clothing.

Based on that comment, I extended the contest 2 days to allow time for anyone to tweak your design to make it more user friendly for embroider. (I didn't really want to, as I am eager to select and get it into production)

Here is some feedback for new submissions:

#37 - Nice swoosh. I like the design. It's too pale, needs to be bold to show up better.
#38 - looks great. Need to be bolder color.
#40 & 42 - dirtylips. I like the concise icon. Could you put the 's' from 42 over the name like #40?
and place a small squeegee at the tail of the 's' to show it as a squeegee stroke? and drop off the slogan. thanks.

yeah J&R2 has a good point. the image ranked first is already in use by another window cleaning company in different colors....

Nice new submissions. I'd like to see the colors bolder, less transparent (35, 31, 37, 46, 48)
#46 & #48, could you move the squeegee on the 's' to the lower left of the letter?
and #48, please stretch the bottom left end (the tail) of the 's' longer

#43 - I like the color and bright energy in this design. It looks like a squeegee has made a clean swipe in a window and now the sun can be seen through it.
Could you add a squeegee to the bottom edge of the 'clean swipe' in the window, to make it obvious?
