Please do not include "Inc" in the logo. Special Learning is sufficient. I also forgot to mention that I want a shade of Orange incorporated into the logo. Not bright orange, more the burnt orange look - it needs to fit with the color scheme of the website - www.special-learning.com.

With regard to the log above (#1),. I would prefer the graphic part of the logo to be more prominent. Part of your brand building strategy is to have our customers recognize the brand with or without the name. I understand the symbolism behind the tree sprouting from the ground but it seems almost too literal. I think I would prefer something a little more abstract.

Thanks,

Karen

I really like the logos that represent parent/child combination as ABA lessons need to be administered by either a parent or a professional behavior counselor in all cases. I seem to gravitate to the logos that contain more than one color although I would imagine that more than three would be excessive. I think that it would be more practical to use fonts that are more commonly used so that I can follow the same font on other items - i.e. letterhead, cards, website, etc. I prefer the use of lower and upper cases as opposed to all caps. I am not necessarily seeing any "aspiration" or "hope" aspect in any of the logos - maybe it's too difficult to represent???

Here are specific comments:
I like the parent/child representation in concept #6. I think that I would like to see the "book" on the bottom of the picture as opposed to top. It looks too confining.

I like logos #3 and #4 because the puzzles are universal symbols of Autism. I like the blurred edges in #4 but the clean look of the puzzle pieces in #4. I am a little concerned about the special logo used in #4 as I don't know that I can replicate it in other pieces. Lastly, I LOVE the orange piece that is set apart in logo #3 as it seems to represent a child. I would like to see how the puzzle would look if it can be adjusted to represent children (just a tiny bit).

I like the feel of #8 - again the mother/child representation. I am a little concerned that people might construe that as a mother feeding a child. Is there a way to incorporate something that represents education/learning, etc.?

I like #16 but would like to see the logo a bit smaller than the name of the Company. Would it be possible to show the book a bit "fanned" out? I think that I like the size of the logo/name combination in #15. The only reason I selected #16 over #15 is that I didn't care for the black font used in the name.

I love the color combinations used in #12 and #13. I prefer the use of upper and lower cases. The image in #12 was a bit too abstract. I couldn't see the learning aspect of the log.

Thank you everyone for your efforts!
