Geoff,

Thank you for the submission, but the pictorial is not exactly what we are looking for. The curved bottom makes the pictorial look aquatic/alien. The font selection is spot on thought.

Thanks for the feedback. Is the 'tie' to male specific? I can rework some icons.

You can rework all the icons you want. Since I think I have exhausted almost all of the available options in my very specific brief, I'll be opening up the contest for creative feedback and design submission.

At this time, I believe that there are stronger pictorial submissions over #236 & #237.

I like the direction you are going with #241, but the pictorial is a little distracting when pulled out of the design. There are a lot of angles that cause the eye want to look in several places.

At this time, we feel that there are similar pictorials to #362, #363, #364, & #365 that were prefer over these submissions. There is nothing inherently wrong with these submissions, the font selection is great and the pictorials can stand on their own while meshing with the word mark, it is just coming down to personal preference at this time.
