Here is my first entry for your project. The main concept here is a simple yet appealing and professional design using the letter S and exclamation point with feed marks as the icon. The image uses a stylized letter S with an exclamation point in the negative space (white space or inside).
This design works great in both color and in black & white. It also scales pretty well.
