Our Ideas & Additional Information

The company's name is Sparsity. Sparsity means:

1. the property of being scanty or scattered; lacking denseness
2. the inverse of density. Thus, a table that is 10% dense would be 90% sparse.

The logo should contain the company's name Sparsity and a cube (symbol) see example below. The cube refers to the capability of reporting multiple combinations of data elements.

Hello designers!

Only 1 day and 12 hours to go! A good start was made by de.sign and APE, but I’m still looking for the perfect cube logo for my company Sparsity! The cube as a symbol is important to show the core business of my company.

Can you challenge and push your creative limits by playing with the cube? Changing it’s angle, point of view, form, colour, shadow, movement or build up of the cube? As long as it is coming together as the original “Rubik’s” cube, the Magic Cube ;-). See entry # 28 of GraphitLive for example and see the additional document in the briefing for more info.

Hello designers!

I selected the winner a minute ago. Congratulations to de.sign! I choose this logo because it is simple, strong and has the perfect colour combination in the "magic" cube and font.

I would like to thank all the designers for their multiple entries and hard work especially APE and vx.
