Don't forget to check out the links provided - want a handwritten scripty kinda look, but still a little elegant. so far #1 is warm - but not hot yet.

@ Ape don't really want any icon shapes - pretty much just wordmark, just lettering with some meat to it, but not serif or too bold

I know Southern tends to mean western at times, but want to be more elegant but free flowing,

Yup all clear as mud right. - kinda why I started this one, having the same problems visualizing this as well.

If you're thinking of using any theatre reference - a hint of a Grand Curtain might be tried (they are usually dark Maroon or Burgandy colored).

No drama mask (Tragedy / Comedy) Thanks

This theatre will cover all bases - so one week it could be Shakespeare and the next week a Symphony concert and the next week a school Christmas play - so no real help there Issues, sorry

you guys are all so great! Thanks for helping out with this contest! Wish you all could win - hey maybe I can ask Tyler to give everyone a gold trophy and split the prize so you each get like $3 - my wife just said that was a bad idea, I'll trust her on that.

Maybe the font style I need is more "calligraphy"

Thank you all for your time and designs! This was a VERY interesting point of view for me and I have a better understanding of how LT works (from both sides). The experience proves that LT is the best site of its kind!

Tyler, Ivan, and the rest - including the designers - should be very proud! I know I am.
