#22 I've found the same font that was used in the Leichardt contest you sited. This is a clean typographical solution to get started.
#23 I've used the very distinctive window design of Classic Southern homes and have used a font that harks back to the era when these building were first being built.
I've used soft blues and warm grey as I thought these would be a good balance between softness and professionalism. Please let me know if you need it to be more feminine and I will try other colour schemes.
