The logo is a bit feminine by its smooth strokes and typography. It looks romantic but serious showing a positive line from the lower left corner pointing to the upper right by the trees.

This logo shows classic elements, soft feminine color gradients and a classic elegant typography that suits the subject.

Here is a logo variation with a more feminine typography which is not too sophisticated and stays in contrast to the icon-part of the logo.

Great graphic on #26. Font is too much for a first-time homebuyer. I would encourage you to try some different styles.

this first optimisation removes the uppity touch in the font. It is more straight forward, but with the same graphic elements.

The font is still handwritten (personal touch), but in an earthen color to communicate a warmer image.

I used a grotesque font to put it in contrast to the "handmade" swinging oval element. It causes the effect, that the viewer can easier differentiate between the two information hierarchy levels.

This is a grotesque font as well, but with a slight female touch "underlined" with a graphic element that uses the style of the oval.

this logo-version emphasizes the oval element by setting the letters round the oval in a discreet font.

Hi,
what is your comment on the different fonts? And do you prefer the "swing"/graphic element underneath the text of #45 oder is it better to use a more simple element like in #44?

I would like to do a little rework on the oval – is it still of interest? I would like to emphasize the stroke in some areas, so that there is more focus on it and that the customer feels the escapism – the ideal landscape, pure nature and that he/she is a part of it!

Please send me a comment, so that I can localize the elements to improve them.
regards,
