I am now leaning away from the sunrise concept. I have a few already that became my emotional favorites. As far as design goes, think about who you would want to hire as your family law attorney. Legal symbolism is great as long as it is unique. I like an all caps font. You can leave out the slogan as I doubt I will use one for now.
