Can you make this design a little larger and more noticeable? Can you make the SAL in the middle stand out more? Maybe make the red star a little broader. Also, make the "s" at the bottom of the compass a little more prominent.

The bottom is a little confusing to me. The website should be very clearly stated. You can omit the word team and make the slogan stand out a little more.

I really like entry #29 & 30, yet the now North, West and East are all in the wrong spot. Also, would you mind removing the SAL from #29 & 30, so I can see how that looks.
