We had a GOOD HARD look at this one. The consensus was that it begins to paint the right picture, but tends to look like a farm house. The design of the house, combined with the hill and trees (which come off as corn fields) looks like a farm. This acreage development is for people who work in the city but want a short commute. The reason? To avoid $300,000 land costs in the city. So ditch the farm look, and lets try for something current, something that doesnt hint to farm. Play with shapes, and text inside shapes. Perhaps we can get away with a modern design and hint back to rural-roots by way of colourization. Using warm tones as opposed to cold tones. Maybe we can tie the acreage-life back in that way. (just brainstorming here)...
