Remember the "soul" in Soul Cucina is represented by the fact that we are the ultimate fusion of regional Ny/NJ/PA simplistic Italian American comfort foods (thin crust pizza, cavatelli and broccoli, eggplant rollentini, stromboli, artichoke fritters, pasta with filetto di pomodoro and aglio e olio, broccoli rabe, grinders, etc.) PAIRED WITH authentic American soul food (bbq ribs, brisket, pulled pork and chicken ALL SMOKED IN HOUSE with hickory and my select blend of woods, four cheese baked mac 'n cheese, pulled pork, cornbread, low country jambalaya, collard greens, louisiana gumbo, peach cobbler, etc.) and the ability to get it for one, two or two thousand!!! They are comfort foods and hospitality representative of the American south and a universal love of pizza and common Italian American fare that we are about to introduce in a fun and friendly fashion.
