Good work, here is my feedback: While I'll still consider the oval, I think I'd like to not have the oval right now (or the repeat of SomethinGgreat at the top). I like #14 with just the white background. I would like to see the grass up and mingled with the tree bottom and name - but not as solid as you have it hear, more like to picture I submitted with a little longer, flowing, and almost all blowing toward the right (gives impression of wind). I like the leaves a lot especially how they match the tree colors, but perhaps a couple closer to the tree and a couple under the tree above the name. The wind is good, but perhaps a little more see through (more white than blue) and not as many lines, also perhaps a small wind curve behind the current logo so it starts inside the tree and blows the leaves out. The clouds are nice, but perhaps delete the most top one behind the balloon. On the balloon perhaps add a thin line of the yellow from the tree on the bottom of the red, making the bottom black a little shorter; also if there is a way to make the basket below brown color like the tree that would be great (98% of baskets are brown wicker anyway).
Yes, the changes are as I requested. I REALLY like the wind and leaves coming from the tree. The grass is much better but I wonder if you can delete the wave on the bottom and have it a straight line the thickness you have the grass under the "Gg" part of the name; also the top long grass thinned a little so there are tall parts and short parts of grass in a random manner. I like the clouds but wonder if they could be more 3D. I'd like to see the balloon about 30% bigger so it is a little more prominent. You did a good job on changing the color of the basket and adding the yellow stripe; perhaps a little darker red. For the belloon I wonder if a little more detail could be added and the virticle lines less pronounced (still there but not as bright white) - more similar to the uploaded picture on the contest brief "Logo idea look of hot air balloon" with more 3D look.
My spouse had some suggestions I'd like you to try (still asking you make the changes I previously suggested except for the following additional changes): the grass change the color to a lighter shade and perhaps 2 shades like the picture I submitted so more realistic. The balloon to more closely match the balloon picture I uploaded since that will be our new balloon next year, instead of "red" make it more maroon, delete the yellow stripe, make the top 1/3 wider, the black top smaller, and the bottom more detailed.
I wonder if you could make the wind curves thinner, the "FUN is part of LIFE!" to spread out the full width of the logo (and perhaps a font closer to the main text of the company name), the balloon with more of a dark red from the tree and the virticle lines less visible, and something in the right bottom corner to give depth (something in the background).
I have asked the other designers to make the grass start at the tree flowing like you have it, but then getting smaller and smaller until at the end of the company name it becomes a thin green line. Then on the right have something going toward the background to show distance and depth. I also like the clouds a little more in your #20 because the bottoms are flat and they appear a little more spread out.
The balloon is great looking. The mountain looks good. The only last suggestion is if the grass could get shorter as it goes to the right so that at the end of the company name it is very small or just a green line to the end of the mountain.
My partner and assistant will be helping make the final decision and I like what you have done, especially the mountain since we live where there are mountains to the East and West of us.
