Hello and welcome to the tournament!
I like your pencil line play on #221 on the emblem and the logo itself!but i dont want an S on my emblem...id prefer #222 that doesent have and S on the cube and use the pencil lines of #221.
Im not sure about the solid corner yet, im still processing it but it like the creativity!
You are the first one to do quite what i asked: cut up the cube in three to make it look like three floors.
Could you please make it a bit clearer? Rotate the cube on its x-axis a bit so that we see it from a third angle, cut it in three using a small gap between them (that could be a transparent gap or a different color tone).

Thank you!

#229: Right on target jimgris!!
Great emblem! Love the line play on the name!
Font: Could you please find a font similar to that but with removed/reduced pointy edges at the end of each letter because it reminds me of the font that would be used for a lawyer firm.
The construction part needs an 'S' at the end (constructions) and please make it a smaller font size than that.
Lastly, could you re-scale the emblem so that it has the same height as the solid constructions part because it dont want it bearing down on the name?

Great job, thank you.

#233 could you plz make a less neat sketch of the cube and a more rough shading so that even from far away someone could distinguish the pencil marks...we are looking for something more artistic and not so well defined. thank you

Very nice designs, congrats! However, i think that my mind has stuck in the concept of the cube, trying to pass on the meaing of "solid". The thing is that it looks to me quite large as an emblem and i would like to see something smaller, more elegant and simple that incorporates this meaning. For example, i saw somewhere written "SOLID. (fulstop)", which i think has a very clear cut and compact meaning. However, we also have constructions to write, so i dont know how we could combine something like this...

#236 Dear jimgris, once more i am enjoying your new designs!
Love the creativity of the emblem. Not really font of the scribble at the end of constructions.

Hi thanks for the advice, it was a circle by the Dot for Fulstop, anyway, the concept is there, working with the light and shadows, i´m on it.

Client
HELLO,
CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME THE JUDGING PHASE BECAUSE THE 'HOW IT WORKS' LINK IS NOT MUCH HELP?
THE SITE SAYS, i HAVE SEVEN DAYS TO SELECT WINNING DESIGNER FROM THE TOP 5 DESIGNERS, WHILST ONLY MY #1RANK DESIGNER PROVIDES REVISIONS TO FINALIZE THE LOGO. THAT DOESNT MAKE MUCH SENSE BECAUSE THAT WAY i MUST CHOOSE THE WINNER TODAY AND NOT IN THE COMING PERIOD OF SEVEN DAYS!
CAN YOU HELP ME OUT AND MAKE THE PROCESS A BIT CLEARER?

THANK YOU.

Logo Designer
it´s simpler in fact, you have 7 days to choose a winner, but in that time only the first ranked it´s allowed to post designs, think about perfectioning the design you like most, anyway you can switch between contesters to allow them to post designs, but only the first ranked will submit them.good look

Client
thanks!
so for those seven days the top 5 rank is not fixed!
So for one day, a designer can be ranked first posting revisions and for another day i chose another designer first and the he can post revisions! right?

Logo Designer
Hi, indeed it´s not fixed, i think you can even switch a few times in a same day. (with the complexities of doing that.) ha!
