I am a real estate broker/ REALTOR in the Pacific Northwest. I have begun to build a team around me. We serve home buyers and sellers, investors in Washington State.

Mostly black. Possibly some red in the lettering.

I have 3 ideas in my mind. All totally different from each other.

1. Black side silhouette of a female with longer hair and cape waving (kind of super hero feel) or a play on the letter S with a cape around it.

2. Simple black mountain landscape in background with Sold by Stacie Real Estate Team in front or below. More emphasis on Sold by Stacie, or the S's. (possibly a little sunrise in the background)

3. Simple, but bold design with just the business name, more emphasis on Sold by Stacie.

With every idea, I want to convey friendly, reliable, strong, hero, fighter with a smile! And I would like it to be simple enough to embroider and add to cups, hats, ect.
