Hi, your design is looking very good, the people work very well. There Are a couple of things I'd like to try if possible. I think I'm really looking for a logo that has the graphic device to the left of the text. That means the graphic device probably has to be simpler. I think I prefer the "swoosh" arrow to the up-arrows. But I think the jigsaw pieces will look too bitty when the device is smaller and to the left of the text.

Also the company has a corporate font used for its main name - Hornbill - www.hornbill.com You can see the font there used for Hornbill which I'd like to try for social workforce. I like the way that the different weights of font work where you have put "socialworkforce".
