Hi, your design is looking very good, the people held by the "tick" mark work very well (I guess that's a check mark in American!). There Are a couple of things I'd like to try if possible. Firstly the tick mark suggests a mark of quality or passing a test. Is it possible to try a different device to group the people? Maybe a "hand" type mark?
Also the company has a corporate font used for its main name - Hornbill - www.hornbill.com You can see the font there used for Hornbill which I'd like to try for social workforce.
Thanks for the new ideas. I still prefer the concept with people in it (#24,25), but the tick (checkmark) doesn't work as it has other connotations. I don't know if you could try the keep the 3-people shapes, but with a difference device to group them? Cheers Graham
