Hi, your design is looking very good, I like the people device. There Are a couple of things I'd like to try if possible. Firstly I think I'd like a logo with the graphic device to the left of the text. Not sure if that will work as it will make the device smaller. Be good to see if it does though.
Also the company has a corporate font used for its main name - Hornbill - www.hornbill.com You can see the font there used for Hornbill which I'd like to try for social workforce. I'd also like to see if the text is better without a space between the social and workforce.
