Hi, I like your globe/arrows/people design. But you can look at it in two ways and sometimes the people look like tyre (tire) tracks. Also I'd prefer a design that sits to the left of the "socialworkforce" wording rather than on top.

Do you think it's possible to rework it to move it to the left and make the people more distinct to remove the double meaning?

Thanks very much for trying the new logos, but they still look pretty busy where simpler would be better.
