#1: I don't like the swirls so I think another idea or concept would be better. I like idea of movement but not with what you did. The all caps doesn't feel right either. SOAR in all caps is good

#1: I do like the colors you used - I forgot to mention that info earlier. If you'd like to use swirls, I'd suggest that you do something closer to ocean maybe?

I love the multiple submissions just because it's helping spark more ideas for me about what I want. Thank you so much for providing multiple concepts as well as variations. At first glance, I prefer #43. I'd like to look more closely at all of them later tonight. I will re-rank later tonight as well.

#46 - I like the different shades of color in the diamond, but I just don't like using a diamond in my logo at all.

#43 - I love how you've tucked Consulting under SOAR because I think you're the only designer that's done that. I also really like that it's upper and lower case letters (again, no other designer has done upper/lower case letters). If you could do one variation of this one, I'd like to see it with the shorter swirl mimicking the longer swirl. I want the swirls to seem more closely aligned but not identical in length. I hope that makes sense.

#44 - definitely have more ocean feel in this one with SOAR standing out of the waves. I like the idea, but I'm not sure I like the result. I think it's because I have this feeling of standing in water & I wouldn't want to be standing still. Maybe this idea of ocean waves isn't effective for the logo...

I forgot to provide feedback on #45 - I like the top of the logo, but I don't like the block lettering of Consulting underneath it. If you have another suggestion for Consulting, I'm happy to look at a variation

#54: I think there's something slightly off with the spacing in SOAR - the O and A seem a little farther apart - is that an optical illusion or reality?
