Welcome! Nice to see a someone from my native state here on LT!
I have worked with several KW agents here on LT and in my private business. I have been selected by 19 KW clients here on Logo Tournament alone.
In addition to my entries above, here are some links to other Contests that I have won (These are Keller Williams agents, in particular, though that may or may not matter) The key is that they are a variety of Real State concepts. Feel free to review them to see if any styles appeal to you, and I could model a style that is similar, yet uniquely yours.
Note: The purpose of the "badge" type design is that due to its white border, it can work on ANY background, light or dark. Most logos require costly color changes to help them stand out on dark signs or backgrounds. Fonts often need to be recolored, borders often need to be added. This can all cost more money.
Also items appear larger and tend to jump off of darker backgrounds, so this type of design is great for any marketing that you do.
Notice how the background changes, but nothing is changed on the logo... #86 #87 #89
I neglected to mention that the icon works well as a social media/favicon emblem as well. It really works well in a branding strategy when you can separate the icon from the wordmark. It also allows us to lay it our horizontally, by placing the icon beside the word, or vertically (as shown).
