Our Target Audience:
Sex: both, typically married couples
Location: Johnson County, Kansas - an upper middle class suburb of Kansas City
Income: household income - $100,000+
Our target client is typically buying their second or third home. We prefer working with (a) move up buyers - who need help selling their current home and buying a bigger home for their growing family and (b) empty nesters - who need help selling their current home which is now too big for them, as their children are grown and have moved out, and need help finding a new smaller home.
we are with Keller Williams Real Estate, so we would like to have a logo with colors that are similar to the Keller Williams colors which are red, black, and white.
We like logos that are black or gray, with a splash of color, but are open to other suggestions
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
UPDATE: We are liking a lot of what we are seeing. There seems to be a common house icon with 4 little windows in the middle. We do not like it. We would like to see some house icons that aren't so simple. I attached a mock up we did a few months ago. We like the house we used.
We are visualizing a logo that is more rectangle. Perhaps a simple name logo with an icon. The logo will be used on real estate signs in people yards, so the font needs to be easy to read from a distance or while driving by.
Please do not use the key or roof that so many real estate logos have. We are OK with a simple house icon
