Hello Designers - we don't necessarily need to have the name of the conference be so big. Also, although we did say we want to include growing and cultivation, we also want Community and Engage to be represented in the image. I hope that helps!

Hello again Designers - one more comment about planning and who this conference is for: "Planning, also called urban planning or city and regional planning, is a dynamic profession that works to improve the welfare of people and their communities by creating more convenient, equitable, healthful, efficient, and attractive places for present and future generations. Planners enable civic leaders, businesses, and citizens to play a meaningful role in creating communities that enrich people's lives. Good planning helps create communities that offer better choices for where and how people live. Planning helps communities to envision their future. It helps them find the right balance of new development and essential services, environmental protection, and innovative change."

Also, we'd prefer a square or circular logo. SNEAPA is an annual planning conference with a new theme and logo each year. You can visit www.sneapa.org to see our previous logos and learn more about the types of programming we offer. Planners work to create sustainable, healthy communities where people want to live and work. Some of the major branches of planning include permitting and regulation, land development, environmental permitting and regulation, transportation (including cars, trains, buses, bikes, walking, etc.), open space, historic preservation, and urban design.

Good day, Designers: we're feeling that these logos are a little generic...what is going to inspire people to come to this conference? When you see community think: people, cities, towns, villages, centers, etc. Please feel free to ask questions if you need more clarification. Thanks!
