I like the logo but I would to see a german shepherd dog wearing a smaller collar (blue) with a small gold metal. I like how you emphasized the solutions but it is hard to read. The dog in the sitting position works well with the "sit happens, we teach stay."
I would like to see a richer color blue with a different color combination. The gray band around the top of the logo doesn't seem to go with the orange around the dog.
I moved your recent design to the #1 ranked position. It is moving a little closer to what I am looking for however I do have a few sggestions.
I like the shepherd and the metal however the dog looks like it has a hunched back. I was wondering if you could make the dogs look straighter as he is sitting.
Regarding the color of the background where the word are located in the logo. They are still hard to read. I would like to see a richer color blue (solid) with a solid white and or yellow lettering like the color of the metal.
I like the changes you have made to the dog and the colors. However I'd like to see the gold color solid and a little brighter without the shaded two tone color. I think it will be a little easier to read.
I am wondering if there are any other ideas you might have with changing the look of the logo on the top of the dog. Rather than a circle around the dog with the "sit happens...." something a little different that will change the look of the logo?? Thanks, Tom
I still really like this design. I would like to see several changes. I'd like to see the company name SMART DOG SOLUTIONS in a bright white color because I think it will stand out more without the 3-d shaded look. I think if the blue is just a little lighter, it may stand out better too. The phrase SIT HAPPENS, WE TEACH STAY is more an advertisement rather than the logo itself. I'd like to see what you can do putting it straight across over the logo rather than wrapping in a curve. I'd like to see a different font for the lettering on the company name and a different contrasting color with the "fencing-training-boarding' Thanks, Thom
This is another good profile. I'm sorry I didn't comment on it sooner. I was working and didn't have access to the internet. In this one I'd like to see the "SIT HAPPENS, WE TEACH STAY" in a straight line over the logo in a different font also and larger.

Jekson - I know we are coming down to the end of the contest pretty soon and I really like all the options you are sending me. Please read the feedback carefully in order to make some small, but important changes.
Entry # 58 Please move the "Sit Happens, We Teach Stay" over the top of the logo in big bold letters in a straight line without a curved look and the same with as the logo itself. Make the SMART DOG SOLUTIONS a little wider with a slightly narrower banner. I'd like to see the banner the same color blue all the way across.
Entry #57 This logo looks good. The only changes I would make would be to make the gold band around the logo a solid gold without the 3-dimensional look (no shading). Take the SIT HAPPENS, WE TEACH STAY out of the rectangular box and place it over the top of the logo in bold letters slightly wider than the logo itself. In the united states the phrase "sit happens" is a sort of pun (a joke) and it get peoples attention and makes them want to read more. If the Sit Happens is on the top in bold letters, people will read it first and then look closer at the logo and company name. I would put the Smart Dog Solutions back into the bottom part of the emblem and put the fencing*training*boarding in the circle around the dog.

Entry #55 I like the orange around the dog. It looks like a sunrise background. I would suggest putting smart dog solutions back in the bottom of the logo and moving "sit happens, we teach stay over the top of the logo. Then put "fencing * training * boarding in the circle around the dog. I want the Sit Happens, We Teach Stay to stand out on the top and the Smart dog Solutions to stand out on the bottom. I appreciate all your effort.
I guess you have the top designs. This one is good. I would like to see the border a solid gold color without the shaded 3-d look. Then I would like to see the "Sit Happens. We Teach Stay" which you did for #3 ranked in this design. In design #1 it is too big and bold.
I will be out of town and not near a computer when the auction closes out. I will be making my decision over the weekend.
I would like to see the "fencing - training and boarding" just a little whiter in color so it is easier to read. Maybe just a little bolder font and brighter white color.
