the bottom line of this logo is gears with large to small size which have meaning bring large scale into small sized organization (according to ur concept), i used simple blue with 3 different opacity for dinamic flow of color. I used a simple logo type for serious order but a bit light and modern with your slogan under your company's name.^_^
