Used lower case intials to describe the company bug. The elevated "a" is uplifted to say that associates are highly regarded. Colors can generate feelings of fairness to all. Garamond and Century Gothic typefaces grounds the playful arrangement. In this version, lowercase letters are bled off the edge of the rectangular shapes. This may give the arrangement a more serious tone than the first draft.
