#87, wow! there's something very cool, cohesive, connected, and timeless going on here. it reads a little bit more like TV network than games network/studio. would like to see more variations to accomplish this. great work so far!
#88, we like the integration and style of the word "entertainment". but the core logo should work with and without the "entertainment". would like to see a version of #87 with the word "entertainment"
#94 nice attempt but the human figure makes it feel too much like a health/fitness company. I also don't think the circle needs to go any further than #87 which was very well balanced. Please take the "entertainment" from #94 and place it in the same spot in #87.
#98 complicates things a bit much with the circle running through the "k" and the "y" is spread too wide. I'd like to focus back to the core of #87.
One thing interesting about your addition of the "dot" is that our website is http://Sky.Vu which I was thinking maybe there's a way to place a dot in between the "y" and the "v"
#158 is still ur strongest. we are a bit worried about the Y and V reading as a W. could u try adding more space between them? or try another version with capital S and V.
Thank you for feedback and consideration. I tried Big S and V but it is not looking good. I think only weak minded persons would read that as W , and those are not in your target group :)))
Round letters for more friendly look. And also web 2.0 effects for screen use. My personal opinion is that web gaming studio has to be a bit web 2.0 ish... especially for screen ..
And very important ! I made a cut between Y and rest of the "orbit" , so now everything is more connected. And it also can resemble speech bubble from big cloud...
and pay attention on how "arms" of k and y are more parallel now which makes whole logo more balanced... I know im bothering you here,, hahah :)) but there is so much thing I did here which are very important ....
thank u for all the revisions. i just noticed the all caps version of #130, and I think it has something strong, smooth, and modern about it. I don't like the orange and purple balls though. maybe the green ball can stay, but i'd like to see it with and without the green ball. And to avoid the "w" confusion, can you add some negative space between the y arm and v arm? But don't move either letter, i like the spacing, just erase a bit off the left arm of the v. hope this makes sense.
also, i didn't like the cut into the top swoosh.
i've also moved #227 back into ranking, there's something neat here too. but i wished you could've gotten the capital S and V to work because when we type out our company name in emails and press, we spell it , "SkyVu" so our logo should support this.
thank u so much for working late. it's between you and Trinova at this point. both of you are very talented. i think the separate SV icon that fits his logo type is what's working in his favor. And I know we only focused on your logo type.
time is running out but regardless (even beyond the deadline), I'd still like to see what kind of SV circle or rounded square icon you could design that would sit well next to or above your SkyVu logo type. i hope that you'll be able to submit more designs during the judging phase. if not, contact me after.
our company is voting as a team, hence the varying tastes. I've requested the organizers extend the submission deadline by 3 days to allow you to come up with an icon. but only if you have time. i know you've put a good deal of work into this already.
