Skip The Bullshit - STBLogo Design Contest

Hi Wackman!

Thanks for your awesome input! I see that you're from the Netherlands as well, where are you from? I'll give my feedback in English so other designers can read the feedback as well. Dutch isn't known for it's awesome compatibility with other languages ;-)

About the logo. We chose the one we liked best for giving feedback, being #37

We like the style very much, and the humor is very good! We showed it to 6 people and they all bursted into laughter :-) However: we chose the name "Skip The Bullshit" because it is a very strong name. But, there will be a lot op people/companies who won't appreciate the joke and will think that we aren't professional. Therefore we don't want to exaggerate/highlight the joke with a pile of shit that is skipped. The name of the company is kinky enough.

If you are up for it, we would like you to try to make a less intimidating logo :-)

I really like the name, and think it shows a lot of balls and humor.
Holland is a country where i feel less restrained in making my designs.

i showed the logo to some people to and it brought a smile to their faces.
I actually think the "drol"/ shit-pile is a pretty good company icon (judging from later entries i think some agree..). I also think the logo isn't intimidating. it's pretty friendly imo.

I could make another logo, but the truth it that i stand 100% behind the current design.
My only option would be to make variations (for instance with just the initials)..

i realised that the design would have a high risk of beiing turned down.

i hope you find the logo you are looking for and kudos to you for having a great company name..

Thanks very much for your comment. I understand completely what you mean :-) Unfortunately I have some other people to keep happy around here and thus can't chose for the "drol" :-)

well, another attempt because i got another idea..:)

"it" is still there, but in a more subtile way.

Thanks very much for taking the time to come up with a new design. We think your second entry is less strong then your first and will put #37 up for ranking. The logo's won't make it I'm afraid.

and i agree. first one was stronger!

#141 t/m #146 logo is the same, but i added powerfull bull horns.

it even looks like it has holes for the nose and eyes now.
