I really like the text design/format of #9 and #10. I also like the concept of incorporating real estate imagery as in designs #7, 11, 21, 22, 23. I would be interested to see some combinations of the two styles. Bring a refined and trendy text layout into a real estate image. i.e. #21 with different font/layout sucah as #9 and #10.

Entries #10, #9, #14, #20, and #17 are really clean designs as well.

Well we are down to the last day. I appreciate all your effort thus far. As you can see there have been some recent entries that have made it to the top of my ranking. Don't give up hope as we enter the last day, you could still end up submitting the winning logo!

Also, since I'm new to logo tournament I want to make sure I am ranking fairly for your overall status. I know that medals are awarded for the top 3 entries. Can one designer obtain 2 medals from a single contest? If not, should I be sure that 3 different designers are in the top 3? Thanks!

Hello sjrop. A designer can occupy all three top positions, thus can obtain 1,2,3,4...and so on medals.

That's incorrect Athy, the contest holder has to pick three different designers for the three top spots.

We still haven't made a final decision. Ranking isn't final, we are just seperating out our top choices for comparison. You still have a shot.

I have added three new samples for your reveiw, one in orange with black as you showed interest with the previous first ranked logo, also, i have added the logo in grayscale and with black bacground so you can see it as you did mention in your profile that you will be using it for print in newspapers.
