I wanted to thank everyone for the designs for the first day! I liked the creativity and variety that came out. Here are some guidelines I would like to put out there now that I've had a chance to collect my thoughts.

The key element I feel may be getting missed is the outgoing nature of our company. We're really looking to be one of the more noisy brands in the market so don't be afraid to make things that would stand out loud in a crowd. In the end, we're a marketing company. We make things that our customers use to market to their customers. If we can't be noticed, how can our customers expect us to get them noticed. That's what sticks out to me day one.

Also, don't be too focused on creating things that are similar to the top ranked designs. I'm still looking for new, creative, interesting and loud in any fashion. Trust your creative instinct!

I'm still not sure on symbol or no symbol, but everyone has done a great job of making the word be the symbol, so nice work!

I'm still considering colors, but right now Orange and a lighter shade of blue are feeling good, though some of the green ones have also been surprisingly good. Orange and silver or grey are also sharp and I may want some variations of that in the future, but for now I'd say keep focusing on the design elements and we can change fonts and colors later.

Again, great job and I look forward to seeing some more ideas tomorrow. Thanks!
