These are much better than your first submissions. I'm not fond of the one with the star. I like how you incorporated an actual tie into the "S". Try to add a design to that tie shaped "S", either do polka dots or diagonal strips with that same blue.

Also try to make the "S" a little larger and have the wide end of the tie, drape right in front of the slogan.

#28 - I like where it is going, I want you to continue the stripping all around the front side of tie on the "S". I want to see fewer diagonally stripes at more an angle, I want you to use that same blue for the stripes. Can you try a fon that is a litter thinner.
#20,21,23, - Can you use smaller polka dots that are all the same size.

I don't like #38 and #39

On #31 can you try a different color scheme. I like the "S", but my wife says it look like a snake, maybe due to colors, lenght or size. Try an "S" without strips and closer to the size #16 "S".
