Still trying to determine the color scheme for our brand, so I'm open to designs with different colors. I will define this more before the middle of the week. I want to express a sense of simplicity, clean, partnership, expertise, stability, and peacefulness.

Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
Good stuff so far. Would love to see more variety in the designs. Letterforms are good but I'd like to also see what pictoral icons you can come up with to represent memorable simplicity...like the owl pictoral for connectwise.com representing wise. Get out on a limb and surprise me...the surprise might be returned in the end for you.
One other suggestion: play with the URL and tagline, "IT can be simple". Image associations I have on that phrase include: 1. child's play, 2. puzzle pieces fitting together, 3. connecting the dots, 4. A-Ha moments, 5. Eureka!, 6. paradigm shift, 7. ephiphany, 8. serendipity, 9. Einstein / genius, 10. E=mc^2, 11. surprise, 12. "Wow...that was easy", 13. It doesn't have to be hard, 14. Fount it, 15. Why didn't I think of that.
Really trying to convey the message, "we help you see that IT can be simple." It's a paradigm shift from business owners actively managing their IT to us managing it for them...that way they can focus on their business instead of waiting for a vendor's tech support to pick up the hold for the 3rd time after waiting for 40 minutes. Time is money and they should be focusing on making money out of their time; not wasting it on IT solutions we can quickly and proactively prevent. Our goal is to keep their network running smoothly: 100% of the time.
So we're trying to convey that shift...from complex to simple..Eureka! Hope this helps clarify.
Now that we're almost 4 days into the contest, I wanted to bring up a suggestion. There are quite a few logos with the "S" theme running through them. Though there are a few that I think are quite good, I'm concerned that everyone is focusing on that theme and its variations. I would like to see a wider variation of themes on the idea of Simplify Technology being an "A-Ha" moment that IT can be simple. So that is the theme I'd like to explore instead of just the "S" letter form.
I'm going to request that no more "S" icons be used. The ones that I have ranked are great but the theme is getting redundant. Please see above comments for other ideas on the concept. Thanks...
WOW! All of you are doing amazing work! Still trying to go through all of this great work and rank. Please don't withdraw any above the Top 50 since I'm spending some time pondering them with different people.
Great jobs everyone! Now I just have to pour through them and assign the winner. Thank you for all of your hard work and great design. Have to admit that I was a bit worried at first, but I've been amazed with the response and the artistry that you have produced. Thank you for giving my company a great place to start.
